Invoicing and company details

What changed

BTS Coasting has been provided by CO-MADE B.V. since 1 September 2026 — an independent company, separate from KVSA. The platform, the team you deal with and the support desk are unchanged. What has changed is the company you contract with and are invoiced by, and with it our registration and payment details.

Our office is now at Capitool 9, 7521 PL Enschede. If you have an IJmuiden address on file for BTS Coasting, please update it.

New invoicing details

Our VAT number is on the invoice itself.

For your accounts payable department

Because this is a different legal entity, please create a new supplier record rather than editing the existing KVSA one. Amending the old record in place tends to leave payments routed to the old account.

Invoices dated before 1 September 2026

Invoices dated before 1 September 2026 were issued by KVSA. Please pay those as you did before.

How to be sure this is genuine

A supplier that suddenly has a different name, a different bank account and a different address looks exactly like invoice fraud. We would rather you were suspicious than out of pocket.

• These details are published here, on our own website — the same address you use to log in to BTS Coasting.
• You can check our registration independently in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce register under KvK 42094846. Our name and address there are exactly as above.
• Call our finance desk on +31 (0)255 54 54 18, or email sales@bts.net.
• We will never send new payment details by email or message alone, and we will never ask you to pay urgently.
• If an invoice shows a different IBAN, or comes from a sender you do not recognise: do not pay it. Call us first.
